A Training & Capacity Building Cell is created to train up the ASTC officials and staff of all categories.This Cell is headed by Sri Hara Kanta Daimari, DGM (PoB). A Training Institute in the name and style of "Transport Management Training Centre" is also established wef. 29th May 2018. Besides inhouse training at TMTC, ASTC officials and staff are nominated to undergo training at various other Training Institutes and other Corporate establishments.
